Tell us a little about yourself: What field do you work in and how did you get there?
Entrepreneurship was in the family, my mother was also an entrepreneur. I studied law, worked in that sector. It was the first disappointment in my life and I didn't work in that profession anymore. When my children grew up, I looked in a different direction. Noemi was my colleague. She is a perfectionist, maximalist, a beauty professional, she supported me in everything, she was a great teacher. The Laser knowledge comes from a cosmetician beautician Madina who is my Viennese sister-in-law. The BeEco project (locally famous second hand) launched LaserCare at the same time after Covid in spring 2020. As for using bio cosmetics for LaserCare, the idea came from Austria, where my sister-in-law had her beauty salon called Fight with problematic skin and it was so good I didn't even want to believe it. „Too Good to be True.“I was very impressed with the results, they came quickly and this service is ready to help classic female problems.
Why is the "green", i.e. ecologically sustainable dimension of business important to you and why do you think that other entrepreneurs should also deal with it?
I bought my own Laser machine because I'm a Laser lover. As technology advances, it helps preserve a woman’s beauty. We want to maintain our natural appearance without resorting to drastic interventions on our bodies.
For me, it’s important that exclusive treatments are available. In our space, sustainability is a given. The furnishings and furniture are recycled; for example, KOLO is a store in Bratislava that is part of an antique store and has many pieces of furniture with known origins. We prefer to recycle and reuse. We use natural ingredients, including Ayurvedic and herbal remedies from England, algae extracts from Hawaii, aromatherapy, and herbal extracts
What advantages does entrepreneurship bring to your life compared to a job?
When I imagined my dream job, it is exactly as it looks now, I worked with people who had similar attitudes and values to mine. If a client says yes to you, then it is very satisfying.
How do you promote your products? Is online marketing important to you and do you think it is important to people in business in general? (Are you involved in building your customer community in any way?)
On-line marketing is important, I use it, it's important to have visuals, it's also important to have bio advertising, to identify the reviewers and the feedback they provide , you can get closer to customers by using GREEN visuals. We visit different cities monthly for face to face community building. New people are engaging, updating, liking, trusting us. We publish two posts with a daily story weekly.
What advice would you give to ladies starting a business?
Go ahead and check out the roadmap. My recommendation is to have a strategy, an idea that is realizable, To be bold in ideas, become an idealist, a dreamer and to try everything... Even at work, dont be stopped but innovate all the time.
