Tell us a little about yourself: What field do you work in and how did you get there?
My first business was selling and distributing Mary Kay cosmetics. Later I started educating children. How can we go from offline to online was a big challenge. I had a mentor who advised me and who believed in me. I used development programs, but I sometimes lacked online marketing knowledge and got it by searching and googling.
Why is the "green", i.e. ecologically sustainable dimension of business important to you and why do you think that other entrepreneurs should also deal with it?
Green business saves time, other people do not travel for education. With online education, I can train hundreds of people at once, whereas only a maximum of 20 in one class can be done offline.
What advantages does entrepreneurship bring to your life compared to a job?
It has a much larger capacity, allowing me to produce more than what is realistically possible at one time.
How do you promote your products? Is online marketing important to you and do you think it is important to people in business in general? (Are you involved in building your customer community in any way?)
I base my business on Instagram and Facebook. It means promoting on a daily basis, we set up campaigns.
What advice would you give to ladies starting a business?
I recommend connecting with the right people who can back you up at the beginning. Fingers crossed.
